1975- Present:  Continuously employed in the same firm, which has evolved to become the Law Offices of William R. Hopkin, Jr., LLC. I have tried cases in all New Jersey venues, Federal and State, from Somerset County south. I have briefed and argued cases to the Appellate Division and Supreme Court of New Jersey, as well as the Third Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeal.

1974-1975:  Law Clerk for the Honorable William G. Bischoff, Appellate
Division, New Jersey Superior Court.

1971-1974:  Temple University Law School.  President, Legal Aid
Society.  Published article on  Roe v. Wade in Temple Law Quarterly.
Part-time and summer employment at Archer & Greiner in Haddonfield, New
Jersey.

1969-1971:  Financial Analyst, General Motors in New York City, while earning a
Master of Business Administration, New York University.

1964-1968:  Colgate University, B.A. History.

Affiliations and Honors:  Certified by New Jersey Supreme Court as Civil
Trial Attorney (requires recommendations from Trial Judges and peers,
written exam, and documented trial experience).  Member of Camden County
Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association dispute resolution section, New Jersey Defense
Association, Defense Research Institute, and New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators.
