William Hopkin is part of the small community of attorneys in New Jersey who have qualified as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. To obtain that Certification from the Supreme Court of New Jersey, one must have recommendations from peer attorneys and trial judges, have extensive experience in trial work, and pass a rigorous examination.

Since 1975, Mr. Hopkin has represented the interests of insurance carriers, self-insured entities, third party administrators, and others involved in disputes involving insurance coverage and claims. He has argued cases through the Court system which have resulted in published opinions in both the Appellate Division of Superior Court and in the New Jersey Supreme Court.
